The Sales and Customer Service Coordinator will provide excellent customer service support to our customers, perform billing, cancellation, as well as handle various administrative tasks.
Duties:
•Managing incoming and outgoing calls and chats and help customers effectively.
•Sell products and services
•Executing customer sales orders, delivery out, sales returns, claims, catalogues...
•Following up with Sales team on invoicing and money collection.
•Executing development and improvement actions to the department.
•Promoting new arrival items to customers and keep following up the process.
•Handle correspondence and manage office supplies.
•Assist with basic bookkeeping, and cross-departmental support work.
Qualifications and skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or related fields
•2+ years of experience in relevant field – familiarity with auto-parts is highly recommended
