Description


We're looking for a Restaurants and Banquet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and banquet services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, coordinating events, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Restaurants Management :
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurants, bars and terrasses, ensuring quality service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain budgetary goals, including managing costs and maximizing profitability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update the menu based on guest preferences.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the dining experience.
• Develop and execute promotional events and initiatives to increase revenue.
Banquet Services :
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet events, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events.
• Ensure seamless operation during events, including coordination with kitchen, service staff, and vendors.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet functions while maintaining the venue's cleanliness and quality.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies related to both restaurant and banquet services.
Qualifications :
• French language is a must
• More than 5 years of proven experience in restaurant and banquet management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience in African countries is a plus
