Description


We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie (Cold) to join our kitchen team. This position focuses on cold food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and other cold food items according to the menu
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all cold dishes
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of cold items
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role (Chef de Partie or Cold Section)
• Strong knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and presentation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
