For a well-known F&B company we are currently hiring a Marketing Manager.
Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with company goals
Manage and oversee all external and internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website content
Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity
Plan, manage, and track marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies
Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business marketing communications, or relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in similar role
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous
Creative and innovative
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analysis and reporting
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, social media and measurement.
