We are looking for a skilled Electromechanical Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of all electromechanical systems within the mall, including HVAC, lighting, escalators, elevators, and other critical infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
Design & Maintenance: Oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electromechanical systems within the mall.
Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions for system malfunctions.
Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with local regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy usage across the facility’s mechanical and electrical systems to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with mall operations, facility management teams, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth project implementation and system upgrades.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system repairs, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
Emergency Support: Be on-call for emergency repair and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, preferably in a commercial or retail setting.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, elevators, escalators, and building automation systems.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Prior experience in a mall or large commercial building setting is a plus.
