Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across system and database. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and software systems
Organize and file physical documents as needed
Communicate with team members or departments to obtain or clarify data
Perform routine administrative tasks to support office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, or relevant data management software
English is a Must
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers) is a plus
