We are a small but dynamic catering business based in Dekweneh, seeking a **female Operations Coordinator** to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate between clients, kitchen/store, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
-Answer phone calls and follow up on client orders and inquiries.
-Schedule and confirm deliveries, pickups, and events.
Qualifications: **
-Previous experience in **hospitality**, **F\&B**, or **catering** is preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
-Candidates living in or near Dekweneh are strongly preferred.**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) – **Saturdays Off**
