Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to ensure excellent service and performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle customer feedback professionally and improve service standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to maintain high quality food and service
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and expenses
- Plan and execute promotions and events to increase traffic
Requirements:
- 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or similar role
- Bachelor degree in hospitality or similar field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding of restaurant finances and operations
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English & Arabic
