Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in Beirut. This role is critical to driving sales growth, achieving business objectives, and ensuring effective team performance in a highly competitive and dynamic healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
•Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
•Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to ensure effective territory coverage.
•Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
•Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of best practices.
•Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives on products and sales techniques.
Sales Strategy & Execution
•Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
•Support the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
•Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
•Identify opportunities for market growth and customer acquisition.
Reporting & Analysis
•Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
•Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports.
•Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
•Gather feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement.
Territory Planning
•Allocate territories and ensure optimal coverage of assigned regions.
•Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support field activities.
•Participate in customer meetings and presentations to support sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. (MUST)
•In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
•Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
