We are looking for a Recruiter and Talent Specialist who will lead support our Client in hiring, onboarding, and developing top-tier talent across departments – including consulting, development, and sales. Our Client is a fast-growing provider of business solutions, specializing in the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP for companies across manufacturing, distribution, and services sectors.
Role Overview
As our Recruiter & Talent Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition while also owning employee onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives. This is a strategic HR role ideal for someone who is passionate about building teams, empowering people, and aligning talent development with company growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in consulting, software development, sales, and support.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Lead and continuously improve onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Design and implement employee learning and development plans in collaboration with management.
• Administer performance evaluation cycles and support continuous feedback processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases using ATS/HR systems.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal engagement programs.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent development (7–10 years may be considered).
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions – ideally within tech, ERP, or business solutions companies.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent engagement strategies.
• Experience with onboarding, L&D planning, and performance management tools/processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite is strongly preferred; hybrid arrangements may be considered.
• Proficiency with HR tools and familiarity with ERP solutions is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) are a bonus.
