The Employer is expanding their presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and looking for a driven Sales Executive to spearhead their growth in the region.

Job summary
The Sales Executive – Odoo will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the KSA market, with a focus on promoting our Odoo ERP solutions and related services. This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional with a deep understanding of ERP systems, consultative sales, and the Saudi business environment.
Key responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, and business opportunities in the KSA market for Odoo ERP solutions.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments in the ERP and digital transformation space within KSA.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiations & Closures: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures in line with company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and functional Odoo consultants to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required skills & qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in ERP software sales (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
• Strong track record in B2B solution selling in KSA, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or IT services.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent understanding of the Saudi business landscape, industries, and regulatory environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Odoo CRM preferred).
Other Requirements:
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for technology and business transformation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
