Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage performance evaluation and employee development programs.
• Handle payroll, employee relations, and ensure labor law compliance.
• Build strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
