Description


Responsibilities
Performing network & system maintenance and system upgrades and configurations.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Strong understanding of network & systems infrastructure, helping to design and implement a new project, in parallel with supporting the delivered projects.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Communication Skill Requirements
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to present to small work-groups on both technical and functional requirements.
