Description


Job Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and lead project teams for civil engineering and construction projects.
• Ensure project execution in compliance with industry standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Analyze technical documents (architectural plans, engineering studies) and establish project schedules and methods.
• Verify feasibility of technical solutions and assess required human resources.
• Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Optimize project timelines, costs, and resources while ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Handle procurement, stock management, and material requests.
• Serve as the primary client interface and participate in coordination meetings.
• Supervise works based on execution plans and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Organize project handovers, inspections, and resolution of defects.
• Contribute to new installations and process improvement projects.
• Manage quality and safety on all project sites.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or degree (BAC+5/6) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction project design, implementation, and control (building/civil engineering).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including structural and finishing works.
• Familiarity with project management methods, procedures, and construction sector constraints.
• Solid understanding of business and project economics.
• Proficient in software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and Word.
• Minimum 10 years of successful experience in project management or leadership roles in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in autonomous project management and representing organizations to major institutions or consortia.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, team management, organization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments, handle stress, delegate, listen, and make decisions effectively.
• Fluent in French and English.
