We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with proven expertise in shop drawings, Revit Architecture, and Navisworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and delivering large-scale architectural projects, ensuring technical accuracy, design quality, and compliance with project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of detailed architectural shop drawings for large and complex projects.
• Oversee and manage Revit models at advanced levels, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and consistency across disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks, resolving design and construction conflicts efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review and validate design deliverables to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior architects and drafting staff.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, construction methods, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit Architecture (advanced modeling, families, and BIM coordination).
• Proficiency in Navisworks (clash detection, coordination, and project review).
• Solid experience in producing and reviewing shop drawings with precision.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, Civil).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with international large-scale projects (towers, mixed-use developments, commercial complexes, or infrastructure projects).
• Knowledge of additional BIM software (AutoCAD, Dynamo, Enscape, or similar).
