A reputable company in Sierra Leone is seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize its operations while driving strategic growth and organizational excellence.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ senior leadership experience in FMCG, Agri-processing, or food manufacturing.
Proven senior leadership with extensive multi-site operations experience across African markets.
Proven expertise in multi-site operations management and export-oriented supply chains.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and certification compliance (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
Demonstrated financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
Strong background in ERP systems implementation and process digitalization.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Arabic will be considered an asset.
Working Hours:
As required to meet and exceed performance objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: USD 4,000
Accommodation provided
