Responsibilities:
- Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to develop and implement client strategies based on marketing briefs and business objectives, with a holistic creative approach.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage and grow relationships with high-level clients.
- Team Leadership & Management: Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor client servicing teams and coordinate across internal departments.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Up to date with advertising, marketing, and social media trends, including content strategies and ad placement best practices.
- Business Development: Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and drive agency growth.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media content creation, and performance metrics.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience in client servicing/account management within a creative or advertising agency.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- GCC experience is a plus.
