– Follow up on retrieving all the needed documents for the job in compliance with the customs rules and regulations.
– Follow up with the ministries and other agents about any requirement as per the commodity of the shipment.
– Complete the declarations with supported documents as per the last updated Lebanese Customs Regulations.
– Ensure proper follow-up with the concerned parties on the declarations file status and update client accordingly.
– Ensure proper shipment delivery process whenever required by the client.
– Collaborate with the Logistics department for all the local courier requests.
– Ensure proper archiving of the original documents related to the declarations.
– Send relevant documents to the Financial Department once job is executed.
– Update regularly the system with shipment status.
