An established International School in Libya is seeking a qualified and motivated Academic Advisor to join our dynamic educational team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide academic counseling and guidance to students regarding curriculum choices, study plans, and career goals.
* Support students in identifying academic challenges and developing strategies for success.
* Work closely with teachers and school leadership to ensure effective academic planning and student progress tracking.
* Assist in the coordination of academic programs and implementation of the school’s educational policies.
* Contribute to student orientation, parent meetings, and academic events.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in academic advising or a similar educational role.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience in international or multicultural educational settings is an advantage.
* Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
