The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities to ensure the timely production of high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing production schedules, resources, staff, and equipment, while driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a managerial pharmaceutical manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in production planning tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
