We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution in recruitment, performance management, training, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Design and oversee employee development, training, and performance management programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace standards, and company policies.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs in coordination with the finance department.

Oversee employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and retention.

Conduct HR analytics and prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment KPIs.

Handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.

Lead organizational change initiatives and support continuous improvement in HR practices.
