Job Summary:
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role focuses on managing on-site personnel, subcontractors, and logistics while working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily construction operations for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Supervise site activities and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and site staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on all construction sites.
• Monitor site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and site housekeeping.
• Implement quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to report progress, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth communication.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.
• Track daily progress and report any delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager promptly.
• Support the preparation of project documentation and reports related to construction activities.
• Help identify and solve problems on-site proactively to minimize delays and additional costs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction management or site supervision, preferably on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Good understanding of construction schedules and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic financial awareness related to cost control and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
