• Ensure quality of results tested by performing calibration, control on medical equipment.
• Keep machines working properly by performing preventive maintenance
• Repair machines when problem occurs as fast as possible.
• Provide technical support, maintenance and installation support.
• Perform preventive maintenance as demand.
• Repair/replace parts and ensure a safe and clean workplace for customer.
• Submit daily reports reporting machines status and actions done on machines.
• Attend trainings when available to increase my skill level and increase productivity.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance with the machine protocols and instructions
• Keep a good relationship with customers and assure customer satisfaction
- The purpose of this job is to Perform pre- installation, installation, post installation tasks as performance verification troubleshooting. Responding to calls with customer service and fixing problem faced with our equipment
- Candidate must have a car
- BS in Biomedical engineering or Electronic engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the field
