Princessa Hotel is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team at our prestigious 4-staR+ property. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently and courteously
Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Resolve guest issues promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
Uphold high standards of customer service and hotel presentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a 4★+ hotel is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in Arabi & English languages
A friendly, polished, and service-driven personality
