Key Responsibilities:
Promote SADCO’s hospital line products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
Arrange meetings, presentations, and small group events for healthcare professionals.
Identify customer needs and present relevant products and solutions.
Place sales orders, follow up on collections, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare sales (wound care experience is a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
