JOB SUMMARY
As part of the group’s strategic development, the Deputy CEO will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the real estate development company, ensuring the overall performance of its activities: identification of land opportunities, structuring of real estate projects, development of partnerships, and technical, financial, legal, and commercial oversight. Acting as the founder’s right-hand person, the Deputy CEO will ensure proper project execution and the company’s profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Strategic and Operational Management
• Oversee all activities: land acquisition, construction, sales/marketing, finance, and administration.
• Define and implement the development strategy in close coordination with the founder.
• Monitor the performance of each real estate project (timelines, costs, margins, profitability).
• Ensure coordination between internal teams and external partners (architects, engineers, notaries, local authorities, banks, investors, etc.).
B. Real Estate Development and Partnerships
• Identify, assess, and negotiate land opportunities (acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, long-term leases, etc.).
• Structure real estate projects: feasibility studies, financial structuring, and securing required permits and approvals.
• Manage land servicing and development operations.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with investors, developers, or landowners.
C. Financial Management and Performance
• Monitor budgets, cash flows, and project profitability.
• Optimize the company’s financial structure (equity, debt, partnerships).
• Supervise accounting, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Prepare regular reporting for the founder and financial partners.
D. Management and Organization
• Lead and manage teams (technical, commercial, financial, and administrative).
• Implement internal processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
• Represent the company before institutions, partners, and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree +5 (Master’s level) in business, real estate, or equivalent.
Experience
• At least 15 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with significant experience in real estate development, property development, or construction (BTP).
• Proven experience in company or subsidiary management.
• Strong managerial and commercial skills.
Key Skills
• Leadership, autonomy, strategic mindset, and operational rigor.
• Strong expertise in real estate project structuring (land, technical, financial, and commercial aspects).
• Ability to negotiate with public and private stakeholders.
• Solid budgeting skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation.
Languages
• Fluent French (mandatory).
• Professional-level English (preferred).
