Position Summary:
The Accountant oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains compliance with local regulations while supporting management with reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate audits and provide required documentation to auditors.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
