Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads, schedule test drives, promotions, and follow up with prospects.
• Schedule service appointments, confirm repairs, arrange customer transport (shuttle), and prepare vehicles for pickup.
• Address complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM software to log interactions, update customer details, and manage sales data.
