Amaken is hiring a Laboratory Technician for a Leading Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in food manufacturing laboratories (mayo or sauce production preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
• Ability to conduct quality control tests and document results
• Attention to detail and compliance with hygiene standards
