• Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to resolve issues
• Ensure strong follow-up on billing and customer requests
• Handle workload effectively while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
• Proven experience in billing and/or customer operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
