Who We’re Looking For
Ambitious, sharp women ready to operate at the highest level of executive support and work directly with global founders.
You’d be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, operations, or similar roles
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Program/NGO Management
- Communicate fluently in English
- Bring order, clarity, and structure to dynamic environments
- Think critically and solve problems proactively
- Have strong emotional intelligence, reliability, and attention to detail
- Are comfortable with tools like (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello, HubSpot), etc.

What You'll Actually Do
As a YOUMNA, you’ll support high-profile founders and executives as their trusted strategic partner.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, and priorities
- Track tasks & projects and ensure timely execution
- Build and refine operational systems and workflows
- Prepare reports, research summaries, and briefing documents
- Communicate professionally on behalf of executives
- Support basic financial processes: invoices, expenses, budgeting
Specialization Tracks (based on your background):
- Program/NGO Management Track: Grant coordination, donor communication, reporting
- Operations Track: Process improvement, systems building, SOP drafting
- Finance Track: Basic reporting, financial tracking, investment coordination
You’ll gain autonomy, trust, and exposure to strategic decision-making.
