We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with 2 to 6 years of professional experience to support the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects in Congo. The successful candidate will be involved in infrastructure, building, and/or road projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects such as roads, buildings, drainage systems, and other infrastructure
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with designs and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation
Identify and resolve technical issues arising on-site
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Assist in cost estimation, scheduling, and resource planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
