Job Title: Senior HR Officer – Group of Companies
A well-established group of companies based in Brazzaville, Congo is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join its HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Handle compensation & benefits structures and HR cost follow-up
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
Supervise employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Prepare HR reports and coordinate with finance and management
Contribute to the improvement of HR procedures and internal controls
Profile Required:
Minimum 5–7 years of solid HR experience
Proven expertise in payroll and compensation & benefits
Good in French is mandatory (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
High level of confidentiality, rigor, and professionalism
