An Operations Supervisor shall coordinate operations and oversee workers / teams at cleaning sites. As the intermediary between both workers, foremen and managers, he/she will be a key person for the completion of a project.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks
• Follow up and accomplish all kinds of cleaning jobs and events / festivals jobs from A to Z
• Cover On-Ground Tours to check on clients and cleaning agents
• Drives cleaning agents’ team daily to and from their desired clients’ destinations in a safe, timely manner
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently used
• Supervise all cleaning staff, focus on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and behavior while on duty
• Ensure cleaning agents are receiving the right trainings, are well groomed at all times, and operating in a positive manner
• Ensure all areas and equipment / tools / vehicles are clean and up to standards, reporting breakage and maintenance
• Maintain a good relationship with clients: Meetings, Follow Ups, Resolving Complaints, Resolving problems, Spot Checks, etc...
• Map out routes ahead of time to determine the most convenient trip based on road and traffic conditions
• Set smart schedule of team as per required tasks and operational jobs
• Supervise the use of cleaning machinery and equipment
• Fills requisitions for cleaning supplies
• Be responsible of weekly & monthly inventories
• Submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports
