A well-known construction company operating in the Republic of Congo is seeking to recruit a highly qualified Senior Site Architect to join its growing team.
🔹 Position Overview
The Senior Site Architect will oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring proper execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The candidate must have solid hands-on site execution experience and the ability to manage complex construction projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day architectural site activities
Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
Review shop drawings, materials, and finishing samples
Monitor quality control and site progress
Resolve technical and design issues during execution
Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
7 to 10 years of experience, with strong on-site execution background
Proven experience in construction project supervision
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Excellent coordination and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
Experience in Africa is an advantage
