Project Manager – Civil Engineer
📍 Republic of Congo (Brazzaville & Pointe-Noire)
A well-known construction company operating in the Republic of Congo is seeking to recruit an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Civil Engineer to lead and manage major construction projects.
🔹 Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
Control project costs and optimize resources
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in project management
Strong experience in site execution and project coordination
Proven track record of managing large construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project planning
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in Africa is an advantage
