We are seeking a Female Administrative Secretary to support daily office operations.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, capable of handling multiple tasks, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Word
• Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
• Receive and answer incoming calls
• Direct calls to appropriate department
• Handle emails, and correspondence professionally
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Coordinate communication between departments
• Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
• Support management with administrative and reporting tasks
• Assist accounting or HR when required
• Ensure smooth daily office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Lebanese nationality
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (Arabic & English required; French is a plus)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional phone etiquette
• Professional appearance and behavior
