Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Perform daily accounting tasks, such as reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting roles.
In-depth knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.
Strong understanding of Ghana’s tax laws and financial regulations is a Plus.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, Quickbooks Knowledge is a Plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
