Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with dental clinics and direct patients.
This role is target-driven and ideal for someone ambitious, confident, and performance-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
B2B (Clinic Partnerships)
Identify and approach dental clinics for partnership opportunities
Present Fixaligner’s value proposition to dentists
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
Follow up and close agreements
Maintain long-term clinic relationships
B2C (Patient Sales)
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns
Convert consultations into confirmed treatments
Guide patients through the process (assessment → payment → treatment start)
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
2+ years experience in sales (medical/dental field is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident presenter
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Valid driving license (preferred)
