We are a growing FMCG company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing & Invoicing officer to join our team in Zekrit - Maten.
This role is essential in ensuring accurate order processing, smooth coordination with operations, and timely invoicing for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and accurately record customer orders
• Enter and process orders into the company system
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order readiness
• Prepare and issue invoices for deliveries/ coordinate with drivers routing
• Ensure all customer requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
• Provide professional and responsive communication with customers
Requirements:
• Previous experience in order taking, billing, or FMCG operations
• Good knowledge of ERP or order management systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
