We are a well-established restaurant in Brazzaville seeking a highly organized and experienced Procurement & Stock Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
🔎 Position Summary
The Procurement & Stock Manager will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient stock control to support smooth restaurant operations.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
Manage purchasing of food, beverages, and operational supplies
Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
Implement stock control systems and conduct regular inventory audits
Ensure product quality, cost control, and compliance with food safety standards
Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
Coordinate closely with kitchen and restaurant management teams
🎯 Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in F&B procurement or stock management
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering company
Strong knowledge of food products, suppliers, and market pricing
Experience with inventory management systems
Good negotiation and organizational skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
