We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our cosmetics retail branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, leading and developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the cosmetics market.
Ensure outstanding customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock discrepancies.
Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role within the cosmetics or retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Solid knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
