We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor - to manage end-to-end hiring activities while supporting core HR administration and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
Coordinate manpower needs with department heads to ensure timely hiring.
Post vacancies, source candidates, and manage recruitment channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.
Oversee HR administration, including employee files, attendance tracking, and HR records accuracy.
Support employee relations by addressing queries, assisting in grievance handling, and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
Experience in hospitality is preferred.
