Job Purpose
- Responsible for the Implementation and after sales support for all MaliaTec GPS and IoT Solutions.
- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
On Technical Support
- Implement MaliaTec GPS/IoT related to software/hardware installations and related applications
- Support all customers regarding technical questions and product features
- Handle all technical repairs and upgrades for all products supported at the service center
- Possess deep technical knowledge of all products features and specifications
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Identifies opportunities for solutions quality improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
- Build & maintain a distinguished relationship with customers’ key employees
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and directions
On Reporting
- Keep Technical Manager proactively informed regarding products’ performance and other problems and opportunities
- Submit to Technical Manager daily report on implementation or support status following visits or phone support
Education And Experience
Education
TS/LT in Electronics/Information Technology or other related fields. Car Mechanics diploma is a plus
Experience
Up to 2 years of experience in Implementation of Software Solutions specifically in the GPS/IoT solutions
