Bold Lighting is seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager in Dbayeh, Lebanon to lead its product and brand marketing initiatives. This role is based in Lebanon and is essential for expanding the company's presence across global markets.
Responsibilities:
-Lead product marketing, including market research and product positioning.
-Define value propositions for each product line and collaborate with R&D.
-Adapt product messaging for regional preferences.
-Align marketing efforts with international sales teams.
-Develop marketing materials for the U.S. rep network and international distributors.
-Support reps with campaigns and promotional materials.
-Oversee production of brochures, datasheets, case studies, and videos.
-Manage digital channels, including the website and social media.
-Ensure brand consistency and optimize content.
-Plan and lead participation in key industry events.
-Manage logistics, booth design, and vendor coordination.
-Conduct competitive research and identify new market opportunities.
-Partner with leadership to shape product roadmaps and revenue plans.
Qualifications:
-5+ years of marketing or product management experience in the architectural lighting or building materials industry.
-Strong understanding of specifier-driven sales cycles.
-Proficient in digital marketing, event planning, and content development.
-Familiarity with CRM systems, website CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
-Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a strong advantage.
-Willingness to travel to target markets as needed.
