We are looking for a highly motivated Production Planning Officer to join our team in Zekrit – Matn District, Lebanon.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate production workflow
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demand
• Assign workers and staff to specific production operations
• Monitor output (finished products, defect rates, etc.)
• Prepare and submit production status and performance reports
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments
• Evaluate purchase orders to create effective production schedules
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays
• Coordinate production operations based on material, labor, and equipment availability
• Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve production processes and product quality
• Adjust production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as a Production Planner
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
