This is a hands-on execution role, not a managerial position. You will personally execute tasks across marketing, CRM, operations, and tools. This role requires someone who can do the work end-to-end, not delegate it.



About Us

We are a multi-vendor marketplace operating in Lebanon, focused on onboarding vendors, managing logistics, and driving growth through performance marketing and operational excellence.



Role Summary

We are looking for a hybrid profile combining performance marketing, content strategy, and operational execution.

This is not just a media buyer or a content creator — you are expected to connect content, ads, and execution into one growth system.

Your mission is to:

Drive growth through content and advertising

Decide what content to produce based on data and audience

Build and maintain CRM systems and automations

Support Shopify and tool integrations

Ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution



Key Responsibilities

1) Content Strategy & Execution (Core)

Plan and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels

Create content (posts, captions, basic creatives using Canva or similar tools)

Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-performing creatives

Critical Responsibility:

Act as a content-driven media buyer, not just an executor

Decide:

What type of content to produce (carousel, reel, static, video, etc.)

Which format fits each platform and audience

How to structure content (educational, storytelling, conversion-focused, etc.)

Give clear creative direction based on performance, for example:

“Carousel explaining steps 1–2–3 for this audience”

“Short-form reel to capture cold traffic”

“UGC-style video for conversion”

Ensure content is driven by strategy and data, not design preference



2) Performance Marketing & Growth

Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)

Analyze performance (CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversions, etc.)

Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging

Continuously improve performance through testing and iteration

Key Expectation:

Understand which content works for which audience and funnel stage

Align creatives with funnel strategy (awareness → consideration → conversion)



3) CRM Setup & Automation

Build and maintain CRM pipelines (vendors, customers, leads)

Create automation workflows:

Lead assignment and follow-ups

Notifications and reminders

Email/SMS sequences

Maintain clean data and reporting dashboards

Ensure consistent usage across the team



4) Shopify & Tools Integration

Work with Shopify (product setup, collections, basic customization — no coding required)

Use low-code/no-code tools to connect systems (CRM, marketing tools, analytics)

Set up and manage plugins and integrations

Support basic automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or native integrations



5) Technical & Tool Management

Handle basic troubleshooting across tools and platforms

Set up accounts, permissions, and integrations

Fix simple workflow issues independently

Coordinate with developers only when needed (no development work required)

Document processes and fixes



6) Operations & Vendor Coordination

Support vendor onboarding and ensure readiness

Coordinate with logistics, partners, and internal teams

Track tasks, follow up, and ensure deadlines are met

Maintain operational dashboards and reports



Requirements

Must-Have

Strong experience in content creation + paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)

Proven ability to work with designers and video editors

Strong understanding of content formats per platform (Reels, TikToks, Carousels, etc.)

Ability to decide what content to produce based on audience, funnel stage, and data

Experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns end-to-end

Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar platforms)

Experience using low-code/no-code tools, plugins, and integrations

Basic technical understanding (no coding or heavy IT required)

Strong execution mindset — able to get things done independently

Attention to detail and strong follow-through



Nice-to-Have

Experience in marketplaces or e-commerce environments

Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

Familiarity with Shopify apps/plugins ecosystem

Basic understanding of how systems connect (APIs conceptually)

Experience working with vendors and third-party partners
