Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Working hours: 9 till 4 (3 in Summer) Monday to Friday (Till 3 throughout the year)
