Twellium Industrial Company Limited is looking for an experienced Process Manager to join our team at our Kumasi factory in Ghana.

Twellium Industrial Company Limited entered the Ghanaian beverage market in 2013, beginning with products such as Rush Energy Drink and Verna Mineral Water. The company has since expanded to produce over sixty different beverage brands and flavors, including malt-based drinks and carbonated soft drinks — all proudly made in Ghana and designed to be affordable.
Twellium also produces McBerry biscuits and cakes, offering a diverse range of products prepared under strict health and safety standards.

2. Job Purpose
The Process Manager will oversee daily dairy processing operations, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards. The role involves managing the process team, monitoring production performance, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
3. Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient plant performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Address operational issues and resolve complaints related to plant activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment.
• Ensure the plant consistently meets production, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Manage staff responsibilities including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and maintain the quality standards of both raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports related to plant performance.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Train and mentor employees to improve technical skills, productivity, and operational knowledge.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper operational functionality.
• Report plant performance and operational results to management.
• Balance office-based planning with on-site supervision to ensure efficient, compliant, and productive operations.
4. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Mandatory experience in the Dairy Industry.
• Strong leadership, operational management, and team supervision skills.
