Twellium Industrial Company Limited is looking for a skilled Production Controller to join our production team at our Kumasi factory in Ghana.
Job Overview
The Production Controller oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient coordination of production schedules, inventory levels, and workflow. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstock
• Coordinate production activities and optimize workflow across manufacturing lines
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain efficiency
• Ensure finished products meet required quality standards
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth production operations
Qualifications
• Mandatory experience in the Dairy Industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing operations is an advantage
